HMM/CRF based Chunker NLTK

I've never actually used their implementation. In general, I'm quite suspicious of most of NLTK.

I've tried CRF++ in the past and found it easy to use and to hack on.

Thanks for the link. NLTK you are suscipicious about?:) It is good but if you slightly manipulate it. Till now I worked out some experiments, seems giving good result, but generally people say it behaves slightly unstable.
