Hi,

I am looking for a temporal classifier for text, does any one know of any available package/software which does temporal classification on text. So I want to classify if one verb follows another verb in text or not?

I have already checked Stanford Core NLP tools, its a temporal tagger but I am looking for a temporal classifier.

Help about giving direction will be much appreciated.

I think you need to clarify what you mean by temporal. Does this mean non-bag-of-words, or a scenario where text streams in over time?

BY temporal classification I mean that given a set of events in text, I want to classify which event follows another. This task is same as what is done typically on timebank data (http://timeml.org/site/tarsqi/toolkit/index.html) , I found this but it seems to be buggy.

Try RNNLM by Tomas Mikolov http://www.fit.vutbr.cz/~imikolov/rnnlm/

But how is this related to Temporal Classifier?

I mean, if you can predict what comes next, which is the most difficult, you could easily verify what it is, don't you? This is for predicting the next word, I assumed that you knew how to verify it's syntactic meaning...
