Is there difference between sentiment analysis and opinion mining? Is so, what's the differences? thanks.

spinxl39 is right, and gives an excellent literature review paper, they are often used interchangeably. When they're different, I've heard "sentiment analysis" more in the context of the specific task of determining the polarity of adjectives. Whereas I've heard "opinion mining" more in the context of the larger task of determining features people are talking about and whether or not they like them.

They are mostly synonymous and hence often used interchangeably. For more, you can read in here (section 1.5).
