LDA implementation in Java

Can anyone please post a well documented and commented implementation of LDa in java. I cannot get the hyperparameters part correctly. please help me with the understanding of algorithm and Implementing it.I know it is a probablisitic model, how to find the per document and per topic distrinution. Kindly help me.
