As in question 1, how would I justify my intuition that the quadratic polynomial is the only one whose boundary would change? I know that the RBF kernel only relies on the difference between points, and I'm not sure about the linear kernel. I'm also not sure how the boundary would change for the quadratic kernel and I would guess that it would stretch vertically. Can anyone help me justify my answers a little better?
