hello,, i'm newbie here :) actually, i'm doing my final project now about decision tree with ID3 algorithm but this's really make me crazy because i'm making a decision tree for mushroom classification with vb6 and mysql as database. so the table in database is 7 table that's for data training, entropy table, gain table, attribute table, class attribute table, row decision table and tree table. but my lecturer forces me that this system just needs two tables : training data and tree table . that's so crazy or i just too fool? can we create decision tree system but that's just needs two tables? how to calculate the entropy and gain if that's not stored in database? how to create node in decision table if that's not stored in database? please give me idea i really stuck in this :( |
