There are many software toolkits implementing linear-chain CRFs, but all the ones I found seem to only implement first-order CRFs (i.e. with tag bigrams). State-of-the-art results for POS-tagging suggest the use of second-order models. Is there a freely available implementation of second-order CRFs that allow training with a flexible feature specification? |
