I'm looking for a deep learning framework that is compatible with scikit-learn. Is there anything like this please?

I mainly need:

1- deep believe networks.

2- Stacked Denoising Autoencoders

Scikit-learn itself got RBMs http://scikit-learn.org/stable/auto_examples/plot_rbm_logistic_classification.html

One Answer:

nolearn might be interesting for you. It has an interface mostly compatible to scikit-learn and wraps Decaf and George Dahl’s DBN implementation gdbn. This means that it comes with pretrained convolutional nets and deep belief networks.

Disclaimer: I haven't used it extensively
