Has anybody made 3D models (e.g. CAD models) of one or more of the objects in the NORB dataset? I've done some experiments in training object detectors on the NORB dataset, but I'd like to test these detectors in more natural settings. So it'd be great to be able to put a model of the object in a synthetic scene, or 3-D print it and put it in a natural scene, to test the trained detector at a wide variety of camera angles/backgrounds. |
