Algorithm to find the growth of the company based on the variable

Goal: I have an issue in analyzing some data. I have to find the best company based on its variables growth for the selected time duration.

Summary: I have list of companies A, B, C, D...

Each company has following variables: social media, website traffic, employee count, revenue of the company etc...., All variables have numeric data.

To Do: If you select a time duration like last one month, it should compare the data with before that month and do below tasks

1. Need to rank the company based on the growth in variable variables
2. Need to find which variables are mostly influencing the company ranking/growth
