The topic looks pretty specific already, I don't see how much can be said about it without covering everything. Do you want references on demand forecasting or SVM ensembles?

Ensemble learning is a big enough area. For SVMs, you can read the top results in http://scholar.google.com.br/scholar?q=svm+ensemble&hl=pt-BR&lr=&lr= . For demand forecasting you can start with wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demand_forecasting and then move on to the papers in http://scholar.google.com.br/scholar?q=machine+learning+demand+forecasting&hl=pt-BR&lr=&lr= .

I mentioned google scholar. On the right it gives you links to sites with free pdfs for almost all top results of the searches I mentioned.
