There are many studies that do a feature reduction before running supervised classification on Gene expression datasets. What I wanted a publicly available dataset that already has some reduced features identified that I can just use to run my classifier. I am searching through pubmed and ncbi studies. But the pickings are slim. But if any one already has seen such a study with a electronic copy of the dataset available could you tell me about it... I am a bit behind on time with some paper deadlines, any help would be appreciated. |
