Given a verb word in its regular, present tense form, I need to be able to find its other tense and number forms. For example, for the word "fly" it will list the different tense forms "flew", "flown", and the third person singular number form "flies".

One Answer:

You can check wordnet , which can give related words and also lemma. They also provide api for popular languages. If you are looking for handling inflections, i can suggest a quick and simple solution. Use wordlist. I have used it for lemmatization and it works well for common words.
