Are there any tools to draw a hypergraph (forest)?

Here is an example:

forest

Ideally, I'd like to do it in graphviz' dot, but hypergraphs are apparently not supported. Does anyone know any other tools?

It's possible to draw them in programs like Keynote, but it's very tedious.

UPDATE: I got the answer on tex.stackexchange.com, see here.

One Answer:

Why not use LaTeX? PSTricks would definitely help you. And then there is Latex for Linguists, look at how trees are drown.

Thanks, but those packages don't seem to support hypergraphs. Also, the solution must work with pdflatex. I just added that requirement to my above post.
