I want to get a corpus of dated news articles from the web from the past few months. Are there any nice APIs to either search engines or news providers that provide keyword search and day level time restrictions? For each of the 5 major republican presidential candidates, I'd like to get say, 10-100 news articles for each of the last 90 days containing their names. I've been playing around with the New York Times API, and yahoo BOSS, but I'd like to know if there are any other good options. I am willing to spend a small amount of money to get the data. |
