Have you tried searching for graphical model on the ACL anthology? http://www.google.com/cse?cx=011664571474657673452%3A4w9swzkcxiy&cof=FORID%3A0&q=graphical+model#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=graphical%20model&gsc.page=1

Alexandre, Definitely! I have looked at some great applications of PGM's. I also am aware of Prof. Koller's course at Stanford to be starting on Jan 23, 2012. However, I am not an expert in a field and thought such a resource can be helpful for beginners/starters to get straight to the point rather than beating around the bush. Please feel free to suggest otherwise and I can delete the question.

Thanks!
