Implementations of memetracker?

What free implementations of unsupervised meme tracking exist? I don't care too much about language, although Python/Java/Scala are preferred.

I'm not sure what you mean. Could you describe what you mean by "meme tracking", or give an example?

There seems to be one for drupal in php: http://drupal.org/project/memetracker

It has a similar name, but is most def not the Kleinberg algorithm. It's a fairly basic bayesian algo.
